At Carissa Star Cosmetics, we offer a variety of eyeliner shapes and colors to meet each individual’s unique style and preference. Some may feel both upper and lower eyeliner suits their needs best, while others feel only an upper or a lower eyeliner is appropriate for them. From an extra-thin eyeliner that simply enhances the eyelashes to a medium-thick eyeliner that defines and accentuates the eyes, we will work with you to develop your perfect permanent eyeliner solution.

While most of our clients want a black or brown eyeliner, we also offer designer eye liner in an array of fashion colors, including blue, green, and violet on request. Due to safety concerns, we do not apply permanent eyeliner to the wet line of the eyelid.
