EYEBROW TINTING
Frequently Asked Questions
What is Eyebrow Tinting?
Eyebrow Tinting is an advanced dying technique that tints your natural brow hair and skin giving the appearance of thicker and fuller brows.
How long does it take?
The entire appointment from start to finish should take about 15-45 minutes, including consultation & service. During this session, the practitioner will consult the client on eyebrow shape, intensity & desired tint color. Once the client is satisfied with the choices, we begin the procedure which will then take approx 10-15 minutes.
The procedure consists of :
*Brow Bath- Thoroughly cleansing the natural brows to remove any makeup, debris or residue on your brows to help the tint last longer.
*Brow Shape - Mapping and shaping of the natural brows, along with removal of stray hairs to form a beautifully shaped eyebrow.
*Brow Tinting - Semi permanent tinting on your brows that lasts approximately up to 8 weeks.

Can I get my re-tint touchup session sooner than 2 weeks?
Touch up sessions could be done as early as every two weeks.
Is it painful?
The tint process is completely painless. Most clients choose to take a "brow nap" which is the same as a "lash nap" while having the service done. You know what they say... Lash Naps are the Best Naps!

How long does it last?
The Tint on the brow hair lasts Approximately 4-6 weeks depending on skincare routine, and following after care instructions. The staining and shading of the skin can last up to two weeks :)

Should clients follow our pre and post care instructions, there should be minimal risks or complications . Although allergic reactions to the products & pigments are rare, it could be possible for certain individuals. We suggest a pigment patch test for individuals who have high skin sensitivities or are sensitive to:
-
Topical makeup products
-
Gold, silver and nickel
-
Hair dyes
Patch tests should be performed 5-7 days prior. If you chose not to do a patch test we are not responsible for any reactions that may occur.

What if I do not like it?
As with all cosmetic procedures, individuals should not make their choices lightly. We always recommend clients do their research, understand the procedure and compare different artists' work and portfolio when making their decisions. Our brow experts will do their utmost best to shape and tint the brows to the clients satisfaction. Every effort will be made to achieve a satisfactory appearance, but please realize that nothing is guaranteed as these are chemicals being used & each individuals body chemistry is different. Tinted brows may eventually fade away if no additional touch ups are done. If you are happy with your brows, touchup sessions are recommended to maintain those results.
